Indian Mountain State Park is a multi-use facility in Campbell County near Tennessee's northern border. In addition to providing camping and recreation opportunities, the 200-acre park is unique in that it was developed on reclaimed strip mine land. Park visitors can enjoy fishing at the two small lakes, picnicking, camping, and two walking trails. Park visitors have the opportunity to view a variety of wildlife.

Although the park's name would indicate that it is located on a mountain, it is actually located at the base of the mountain. While it is a small park, most any visitor will agree, it is one of our most beautiful parks.

Boating

Pedal boats are available for rent. Please contact the park office for more information.

Camping

**Indian Mountain State Park is in need of campground hosts. Interested individuals need to contact Jerome Cummins at the park office.

Indian Mountain is a popular camping park. There are 49 sites with paved pads to serve both tent and RV campers. The sites have water, electricity with 30-amp breakers and a dump station. All sites have picnic tables, and grills are located throughout the camping area. A modern bathhouse with restrooms and showers is available to campers.

Please contact the park for more information.

Fishing

Several ponds provide fishing opportunities for the park visitors. A number of fish species including bluegill, large-mouth bass, crappie and catfish await the successful angler. A valid TN fishing license is required.
