NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Perma-Fix of Memphis, Inc. will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, February 8, 2005, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at South Side High School, 1880 Prospect Road, Memphis Tennessee. The Purpose of this meeting is to discuss the application of a permit renewal for corrective action only at its facility located at 901 Bodley Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee. The current permit will expire on July 2, 2005 and terminate the permit for its Hazardous Waste Storage Units. The planned meeting has been scheduled to comply with the rules and the regulation of the Tennessee Division of Solid Waste Management (Rule-1-11-.07). Written and oral comments can be presented at the meeting. Any interested person needing special access to participate in the meeting should communicate with the contact person 72 hours before the meeting.
